    A personal injury attorney representing plaintiffs across Maryland, Rick Jaklitsch provides trial representation to those who have suffered injury due to the negligence of others. Having achieved national acclaim for his consistent outstanding results, Rick Jaklitsch leads a team of 17 professionals, and emphasizes a personalized client approach. He has achieved “Top 100 Trial Lawyer” distinction from the American Trial Lawyers Association 12 consecutive years.

    Mr. Jaklitsch earned his BA in economics at the University of Maryland and completed his JD with honors at the same institution in 1983. Before establishing his own firm, he was an associate attorney with Jaklitsch and Covington, Eccleston and Seidler, and also served as Allstate Insurance Company house counsel.

    Community-focused, Mr. Jaklitsch is former president of the University of Maryland Terrapin Club and has been a voting alumni of the Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Honor Society for more than three decades. He was president of the Maryland Gridiron Network, and co-hosted Terp Talk on ESPN Radio/CBS Radio. Among the events Rick Jaklitsch and his legal team sponsor is the Annual Run for Wildlife 3K Fun Walk, which raises money for the Jug Bay Wetlands Sanctuary.
